Martian Chronicles to Become Movie?
Rumor has it that Fox producer John Davis has optioned film rights to the Martian Chronicles. It had already been made into a TV mini-series in 1980 with Rock Hudson and Bernadette Peters. The producer's previous work includes "Alien vs. Predator" and "I,Robot" so don't expect a mega-movie.
Making Bradbury's classic seems a lot more feasible than another rumor kicking around that Mattel wants to produce a film based on their Rock 'Em Sock 'Em Robots.
